In the beginning...

I have been impressed by talks given by Elder Richard G. Scott with respect to his scripture study habits. As he reads he searches diligently for inspiration out of each verse that he reads. After receiving some insight he will record the inspiration in his journal. He makes it a habit to return back to his records and determine whetherer or not he has adequately recorded details of the insight the lord has given him. My desire is that this would be a place that I would be able to do that. I have made it a habit to read the scriptures with a notepad next to me to record inspiration, but I have had difficulty keeping track of my journal. I hope that this will be a place that I can keep some of my thoughts and inspirations sacred and refer back to them as I need to.
